3-Year Limited Warranty
​​Coverage & Duration
Malibu Plunge & Sauna Products (“Malibu”) warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers
-
Structural integrity of the plunge tub and sauna unit, including major defects in craftsmanship or materials.

Heating and filtration systems, provided they are used according to manufacturer guidelines.

Electrical components and control systems, excluding normal wear and tear.
-
Wood components, excluding natural aging, discoloration, or expansion/contraction due to humidity changes.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or natural weathering of materials.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorized by Malibu.

Damage due to exposure to extreme environmental conditions, improper chemical use, or failure to maintain water quality.

Labor costs associated with warranty repairs unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Claims & Process
To make a claim under this warranty:

Contact Malibu Plunge & Sauna Products with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Malibu may require photos, video, or an on-site inspection to assess the claim.

If a defect is confirmed, Malibu will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s).

Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Malibu is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure.

This warranty does not extend coverage for commercial use unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement.
