​Repairs & Modifications

Any modifications or repairs attempted or performed by the customer may void the product warranty. Please contact us before making any alterations to ensure your warranty remains valid.

Payments, Returns & Exchanges

Equipment Orders

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

  • Refund Policy: All equipment sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.

Services

  • Payment: Payment is due upon confirmation of the service schedule, typically 3-7 days prior to service.

  • Scheduling: Customers will be notified when their equipment arrives and scheduled for installation accordingly.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment will result in the suspension of scheduled services. Additional storage fees may apply for delayed installations.

Maintenance & Service Calls

  • Full payment is due at the time of service completion.
