Any modifications or repairs attempted or performed by the customer may void the product warranty. Please contact us before making any alterations to ensure your warranty remains valid.
Payments, Returns & Exchanges
Equipment Orders

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Refund Policy: All equipment sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.
Services

Payment: Payment is due upon confirmation of the service schedule, typically 3-7 days prior to service.

Scheduling: Customers will be notified when their equipment arrives and scheduled for installation accordingly.

Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment will result in the suspension of scheduled services. Additional storage fees may apply for delayed installations.
